Acceptance

By creating an account or using Blare you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service description

Blare is a social media management platform that helps you draft, schedule, and publish content across multiple networks and brands from a single dashboard. Some features use AI to generate or refine content on your behalf.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Blare to publish spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates applicable law. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs beyond normal use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

AI-generated content

Blare uses third-party AI models to help you generate post copy, images, and brand analysis. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable — always review before posting. You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the platform.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content you upload and create. By using Blare, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service. Blare's own branding, code, and design are our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

Blare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed or failed posts, downtime, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
